problem with computer resolution

Q: I changed the resolution and pressed the OK button but suddenly the monitor went black and I saw the message "Input Signal Out of Range" how can I fix it? Even I restarted but when windows wants to start the monitor goes black again and I see the message. Help me please!!

A: What has happened is your monitor can not handle that resolution. What you need to is to safe mode in windows in order to change the resolution. You can access windows safe mode by turning off your pc. Locate the "F8" key on your keyboard. Once the pc is turn off turn back on turn on and as soon as you hit turn the power on keep hitting the "F8" key on your keyboard. Do not hold down key the down just keep hitting it. A menu with a black background should dispatch with several options. Selected the option that says "Safe Mode" with your up or down arrow key. After you selecting safe mode hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard. You will see several lines saying muitl disk. Do not worry this is normal. You will the windows welcome screen. You then receive a message asking if what to work in safe mode. Click "Yes". You can now change your resolution to what you had previously.
