Q: Yesterday I Was Watching YouTube And My Monitor Turned Off But The HardDrive Is Still On Showing Me A Orange Light, I Dont Think Anything Wrong With My Monitor(With Orange Light) But The Harddrive Kinda Shutsdown But The Orange Lihgt Stays On. I Can Only Logon For A Temporay Time Like 5-6 Minutes Then The Provlem Happens Again. Whats Going On Here???
A: You Do Realise That Typing With Capital Letters For Each Word Makes Your Question Very Hard To Read! That said, you could have a problem with either the processor or motherboard overheating. Open up the side of the PC (while it's switched on!) and see if the fan on the processor is spinning. If it isn't then you will need to replace it. Most motherboards will simply shut down if they detect that the computer is beginning to overheat to protect both themselves & the other components from permanant damage. Adding extra fans inside the case will also help to remove this problem altogether!
