What happens if a pc is formatted more frequently?? Will it cause a prob to pc??

Q:

A: Absolutely not. It will not cause a problem for your PC and it won't cause damage to your hard drive if you format it frequently. It will cause little more wear and tear than everyday use. Formatting your drive simply rewrites organizational information to the disk. This is essentially no different than any other writes performed when you use your computer as normal. In fact, the number of I/O writes in a single day's use can be in the millions. (Just in case you ever find yourself interested, you can view the number of I/O writes via Windows Task Manager under the Processes tab. You'll have to enable the I/O Write column through the View -> Select Columns... menu item.) By the way, I have a secondary drive I use to experiment with alternative OS's. I've had it for about 6 years now and I've reformatted many, many times and it still works perfectly fine.
