Video Hardware problem. Dell Vostro 200

Q: I have problem with the display on the screen, did contact a tech support staff and he reinstalled the Video adapter driver and it became stable, but within minutes of me being disconnected from dell connect, the problem has showed up again. My System details are Just 6 months old and under warranty Dell Vostro 200 Adapter is ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO Vista Dell Generic pnp Monitor But Report problem menu shows the following details. A: Could be your actual video card or on board video. Might need to replace the actual hardware. You'll probably have to ship the comp back to dell for them to fix it under warranty.
