Q: Alright, I tried to download the new version for my ipod touch when it says there was a problem with the download and now my ipod will NOT change screen, it's stuck with a usb cable then an arrow pointing to the itunes sign. Help!
A: unplug your ipod. and reset it: 1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.) 2. Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 8 seconds. You may need to repeat this step. now plug it back in and your ipod should be detected in itunes. then click restore. this will make your ipod like new and your songs will automatically be reloaded onto it.
