Q: my computer needs to be cleaned out from everything that is wrong with it, i just want to dump an an reboot it all. so someone help me please
A: When you bought your PC, you will have received, or been 'ordered' to burn, recovery DVDs/CDs, pop the one labelled disc one in the drive, and restart your pc, follow the on screen instructions, and you're there ** DONT FORGET, backup and important files to cd/dvd first, or all that important info from my docs will be lost forever!**
