A: try letting windows do it. go to my computer>properties>hardware> device manager> select your audio device> properties>update driver. that should work... if it doesn't then go to www.driverheaven.net i went to the hp webite: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-40480-1&lc=en&cc=ca&lang=en&os=228&product=3212662&dlc=en that should be the driver. check and see if i selected your computer
