Q: I have a HPvs19b and recently we moved it downstairs But the sound will not come on We have tried everything with the volume and wiring But still no sound P.S. The monitor does not have external speakers They are attached on to it
A: Try 3 things 1. make sure its not on mute 2. did you plug it into the correct port if u did it should be in the green one. 3. check your monitor's speaker volume
