Q: I just bought a new gateway DX4710-UB301A desktop pc and I can't get the speakers to work. I have realtek hd audio. I just updated the drivers but still no sound. Any help? ok its fixed now, the drivers were corrupted
A: Try plugging the speakers into another computer to make sure they work. Are they plugged into the green plug? Have you tried your headphone jack. Good Luck.
