Q: I have a dell dimension 2400 series that i bought in march of 2005 that has 1gb of ram and a integrated graphics card. i don't know why the slider on vista doesn't let me change the resolution.
A: You need to update your graphic chip driver. Since it's an integrated card go to Dell's web site and download the latest version for your graphic card. You may also try your motherboard's manufacturer's web site they would have the driver if Dell doesn't. Your graphic's problem is a driver issue. It's either defective or needs an update
