Q: I've just reformatted the drive on my Packard Bell and reinstalled windows. Now when I boot up, I get the option of two versions of windows. I know I've just installed one, but where is the other?
A: i would redo the format and start again, the other version could be from a hidden partition you've installed windows aswell as this hidden partition, windows is asking which to boot up as it can see both of them just a possible reason when you format the hard drive try and boot up to see if windows starts if it does and you want rid of it then you need to perform a full format
