A: Terminology problem here. First, you are confusing memory and disk space. When you install a game onto the computer, the game is stored on the hard disk (i.e. disk space). Memory is temporary storage when an application has been loaded for execution/processing. We need to make sure you are reading the information correctly. If your computer only has about 200 MB (or even 700 MB) of disk space, you really need to clean up your hard disk. The operating system will use disk space as virtual memory (file based memory instead of memory chip, unfortunately much slower than chip memory) when you load large applications. If you don't have enough free space on your disk drive, you are likely to encounter "low memory" type warnings/errors. If you open Windows Explorer and right click on the C: drive and select properties, you can get a good idea of how much disk space you have available. If this is close to full, consider cleaning up unused programs or migrating to a larger hard drive. If you open Windows Explorer and right click on the My Computer entry and select properties, you can get system properties including memory.
