Q: It turns off when im in the middle of doing stuff, then when its starting up it goes on blue screen and starts doing a disk check. After its done(takes 2 hours) i can send and error report. Why does it keep doing this? and how can i fix it?
A: Control Panel. System. Advance. Start up & recovery. Settings. System Failure. remove check off restart automatically. You must of installed a program thats causing this issue. ONLY one antivirus program. ONLY one antispyware program. ONLY one anti adware program. Else = problems.
