A: It would appear so, since by connecting the Multi Fan Power Control Board to the fan controller, it would logically see the control board as a single fan so you should be able to use the controller and adjust all 7 fans simultaneously. Theoretically, you can get four control boards hooked to that fan controller and adjust 48 fans.
