A: Press START, them RUN, then type msconfig. In the startup tab check if there is some string including common folder and uncheck it. Hit ok, the computer will ask to restart, restart it. It will fix the problem, if it persists, than most probably you have got infected by some virus, try to update your antivirus and check your PC with full scan. Good Luck
