Q: The button to open the slot for my CD/DVD drive isn't working. It might be the button, or maybe something has jammed the mechanism (although I don't think so)..Any comments/suggestions? I did as Jeff 01 suggested. I got a pop-up saying an error occurred while ejecting.
A: Look for the CD/DVD drive in ' My Computer ' (but click ' Start ' first) then right click on it, then select Eject , it should open.
