Q: I am considering buying a Dell XPS 630 desktop and I am wondering whether or not it is out of date. I am very impressed with everything I have seen about it (minus the occasional loud fan problem) and will probably buy one as soon as possible. If it is not out of date, how long will it take to be out of date (keeping in mind I am basically only using it for gaming and school related things using Microsoft Office, etc.)?
A: Looks good to me. If it weren't for the fact that you say you do gaming, this would look a little like overkill. It may not be the latest thing, and the RAM could use an upgrade, but for the price, this looks like a good machine.Check out the PC Magazine review below.
