My computer keeps freezing why?

Q: Well, basically, what happens is I have this game I downloaded and it's online, it's a 3D game with decent graphics for a video game on a Computer, anyways i get into playing it for about 10 minutes, then it makes a funny sound, and freezes, even one time I just logged in, and I played for 30 seconds -1 minute max and it froze :(. What makes me frustrated is that about 2 weeks ago I just went and got it cleaned out because it was clogged with dust, which made it turn off randomly, that has ceased now, it's just freezing constantly. Funny thing, I can browse the internet for probably the whole day and it wont freeze, I even tried uninstalling programs I no longer need, Can someone please help me? Thanks :)
