Building a Computer: have a question?

Q: I just bought all the parts for a computer, and i have a few questions. 1. I have a power supply (500W). My Video Card requires 26 A on the +12 V line. According to the box, the supply has +12V1 and +12V2 each giving 16A. Does that mean the video card will have enough Ampage to run? 2. I have a really old floppy drive, can i still use it with a DDR2 very new motherboard? (equipped for quad-core). 3. The motherboard, before i knew, suggests 550W for best use. Will 500W still work. If so, will it work well? 4. The video card has ddr3 memory, will it still work with a ddr2 motherboard/ 5. is 2GB ram sufficient for a quad core 2.5 GHZ processor for gaming? Thank you, sorry for the length, but i was just wondering, if any of the parts dont work ill need to order the new ones so it works.

A: 1. Yes it will have enought but it won't have 32A total like most people would think it would have more like 28-30A total you can't add them 2. Yes 3. Yes since thats BS there are no power requirements for a motherboard 4. Yes it will work fine 5. Yes 2gigs is plenty once you add more you don't notice performance increase in gaming its pretty much the sweet spot
