A: Yes, its called a KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse ) switch. Some local computer stores sell them. You will need to make sure which type of keyboard, mouse and video connections you have. If you want to copy files between the 2, you will not be able to do it with a KVM switch, both would need to be on a network, or connected to the same router if you have one.
