Q: Okay I have Western Digital My book hard drive and am using it on my Mac for the Time Capsule but it also has music and pictures I want on my pc but when I hook it up it says that I can safely remove it in the start bar at the bottom but in My Computer it doesn't show up at the "G" drive. I am thinking that it is because when you hook it up for time machine you have to delete everything on the hard drive and there are specific drives you need to use it on pc or mac. So if I am right would someone tell me where I can get those drives and if I am wrong then would someone tell me how to make it show up in the "G" drive space.
A: I dont think you can use a Time Machine drive for regular storage, you either have to not use Time Machine or buy a separate drive.
