Q: i'm trying to connect a USB mouse with a different USB cable. the wires from the mouse are: ORANGE, BLUE, GREEN, WHITE, while the colors from the USB cable are: WHITE, BLACK, RED, GREEN. does anyone have any idea which wire from the mouse will go to which wire from the USB cable??? the original USB plug for the mouse is BAD, so i want to switch it for another USB plug, but the wire colors are different! :(
A: Why do you have to connect it this way? Doesnt your mouse have a wire with a USB end?
