A: With al do respect, the 8500GT sucks. You seem to have decent clock speeds, but a Fiat running 200mph still isn't a Ferrari. Luckily, you do have faster GDDR3 memory, and not the slow GDDR2 crap. The 8500GT will run average games at average graphics settings, but you shouldn't expect anything more. Any card below 8600GT can be considered mediocre or worse.
