Q: i want to turn off the mic but keep the webcam on how?
A: If your using windows, there should be a volume icon in your task tray. Double click into it and find the section where it has your mic. I think there's a box below that you can check to mute it. If you don't see it at first you might need to side scroll to find it if you have a lot of other devices for your audio stuff.
