A: ATI Radeon 9250 or Geforce FX 5500 are common....there may be newer ones in the fx 6x series or ati x1000 series... These were the last graphics cards ever made using the old PCI interface. They are about $40-70 each, depends where you get then. I have no idea how they will work with elder scroll..... You should REALLY buy a NEW computer.....10 years old computer are worth more as raw materials than processing power...
