9600GT with 400W PSU?

Q: Well, I know my motherboard supports a PCI-e x16 2.0 slot, so I guess I'm really more worried about my PSU. mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as... PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as... Graphics Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as... On Nvidia or anywhere I check, it says the minimum requirement is a 400W, which I have (the link to the PSU is actually to my case, because it came with a PSU in it.) I have two spare Molex cables, too, so that isn't a problem. So, first off, can I use it alright, and, secondly, should I get this card or not? I know it's basically an 8800GT with less stream processors, but I'm kind of on a budget, so that doesn't bother me. It comes overclocked, and it's got a bunch of rebates and free shipping on it. So, is this the best option for me? Also, I have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 (65nm), 4GB of 800 RAM, a 7200RPM HDD, a DVD-ROM Drive, and a PCI Wireless Card. Whoops, sorry about that mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138115&Tpk=gf8200 PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147099&Tpk=rosewill%2bcase GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814145152
