Q: but my DVD writer can read any DVD and i can play those DVDs that ive wrote with it in an other DVD ram.(my dvd writer is pioneer and 20 x and i just have wrote with 4 x speed)
A: The DVD writer could be faulty, what you could try first is one of the those DVD disc cleaners, they have a small brush on them and will clean the lens I suspect though that the writer is not writing the lead-in and lead-out out correctly. You could try updating the driver or deleting the writer in Device Manager and letting Windows automatically re-intsall the necessary drivers. The other possibility is the laser light, and requires a complete replacement of the writer. DVD writers are cheap and in most cases easy to install so you like to consider this option.
