A: You would have to open you 360 and attach the 360 drive to a computer and run some software to flash it. If you don't know what you are doing it can be hard. You can easily total your Xbox 360 as well and be out $300. It will void the warranty of course either way I have heard like a 70% failure rate to a 30% success rate.
