A: It depends what kind. There are regular RF ones and Bluetooth RF. Regular RF ones just transmit radio waves on radio frequencies. (RF). Bluetooth mouse transmit through bluetooth RF. Bluetooth is a more advanced advanced in that it automatically chooses the radio frequency that has least "traffic." And it has a larger range.
