Q: ok i need this mouse to work and it is pissing me off when i pluged it in it dosent do anything and dosent show up in any drivers or the divice mangagure i have no clue wats wrong i downloaded the set point cause it dident comewith software and that dose nothing so i just have no clue wats wronge with it i plged it into another computer and it works fine it just wont work with mine so i need to know how to uninstall everything about it so it might work when i re install it but i dont know where to uninstall it its not in programs or the divice manger and yes it has freash batterys... any help is nice ialways give best answer = )
A: Do you see a USB Controller in Device Manager? If not, you'll need to check your computers BIOS to make sure that USB is enabled there. (You get into your BIOS early on in the boot up process, most computers say something like "Hit F2 to enter Setup" - sometimes it's the Delete key so watch carefully).
