What kind of SATA do these Drives need?

Q: I am buying one HDD, and on CD-RW/DVD Drive, and I need to know if they are SATA I, or SATA II. Here is the HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822135106 And here is the CD-RW/DVD Drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106100 Also, I would like to know if this PSU (included with this case) will be able to power both of these units, without having to buy new 4-Pin Molex to SATA Power Adapters. Here is the PSU with Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811240003 Thanks in advance JTK

A: first your HDD is is 32gig with an 8mb cache, buy this drive instead. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148288 your DVD drive is out of stock and this one is better and cheaper. http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=N82E16827135165 your PSU only looks like it has one SATA power connector and most of the 4pin molex connectors are being used to power case fans. cases may seem like a secondary component and where you can shave some money off the cost of the system but you want a quality case made of steel. you also want to buy the PSU separately so you make sure that you get all the connectors you need and that it is a quality unit. in any system the PSU is the top component to NOT skimp on. this is a quality case with a good PSU thats over 400W. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129024
