A: Go to....Google....Crucial.com....follow prompts to run a scan,,will tell you whats required. Or if you know what memory you had before you increased your memory....click your PC icon.....then, Systems properties, will show present status
I have inserted extra memory but no result. should I do anything else,or have I not put it in correctly?
