Which heatsink is better and do give your reasons why the specs of the coolers are on the links no water/liquid cooling. Its possible to overclock with air cooling with the Q6600 also im considering overclocking to just 3GHZ
A: i have 2 quads, 6600 and the q9300.......artic cooler is ok if your not going to oc big time........i had one on my 6600 and could only oc to 2.9ghz......was getting to hot running prime 95........put this on it------http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118019 im up 3.6ghz on the 6600...38-39 idle......just bought another one for my 9300, idles around 28C on all cores......havent ocesd this one yet, just got...anything past 3.6 ghz your almost always gonna need water cooling......forgot about hte other fan you have listed, honestly i never heard of it..so cant say anything about it..............good luck ;;;;;scott..
