Q: I'm looking at a wireless router with 802.11n capabilities. I also want a router that I can plug my printer into (so I can print wirelessly) without having to buy something extra. Will something like this work? http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8374476&type=product&id=1178925992300 Or do you have any other suggestions less than $100? The cheaper the better.. but still has to work. I don't have a wireless enabled printer, but I want to run the USB cable from the printer to the router. I know they make usb hubs which can connect to existing routers. I won't something that has the wireless router, and USB ports. Apple has something similar, but for what it is, it's a little expensive. They've got the Apple Airport Express. http://store.apple.com/us/product/MB321LL/A?fnode=home/shop_mac/mac_accessories/airport_wireless&mco=MTA4NDM1
A: Netgear makes high-quality 11n routers with reasonable prices. I mean, Netgear routers have a high performance/price ratio. If you want to connect your printer to your router, you have to have a printer that has a built-in OR external adapter that makes it ethernet or wireless enabled. That said, you have to buy something extra if your printer can't do it now.
