Q: I keep on moving the mouse but the arrow does not move. Is there a way to clean the ball in the mouse?
A: Just open the bottom part and twist the lock plastic disk. Check on the rollers, just use your nails to scratch the accumulated dust rings on the metal rollers. There are 3 of those rollers, the other one is plastic roller. Clean by sliding your nails to the dirt. Roll it and give it a hard blow to finish the task. Test again your mouse by restarting the computer. I hope this helps.
