A: Place those files into a folder. Right Click on your 'computer' or 'my computer' icon on your desktop and choose properties navigate based on your OS to Device Manager open network adapters right click on your adapter select 'update driver software' Follow the instructions and tell it to use the folder you placed your new drivers in. Make sure you make a restore point before you do this to roll back if you mess this up.
