Q: ok so i was watching some videos and the speakers where working ok and then i restarted my computer and now the speakers don't wrk and then i connect the headphones and they won't work either what can ido or what's the problem????????
A: try windows up date. try to restart again. check all power and volumes on devices and on the system.
