Q: ok i just bought a phillips SPC110NC webcam about 20 mins ago. i plugged it in and it said it will work now. and it dosent do anything i tried doing A video chat with a friend that has a webcam and she cant see me! its making me so annoyed help! how can i make it work!?
A: Don't keep plugging it into a different usb port all the time because windows will have to reload the drivers 1 unplug it in, wait to you hear the ding dong tone confirming disconnected. 2 plug it back in, wait till windows has installed the drivers successfully (scan my computer) 3 finally go to device manager and expand on imaging devices, right click your cam and scan for hardware changes..this will locate where the cam is plugged. Now try your cam
