A: Yes, the MB will work with either VC as they are both 800GT's. In fact, one of the reviews on the MB website stated that s/he had a 8800GTS oc'd on the MB with no issues. I have never heard of Zotac (does not mean anything) - but the only difference is the Zotac has a GPU clock of 660MHz where the Asus has a lower clock of 600MHz (higher=better). Plus the Zotac is cheaper. I have ALWAYS liked Asus quality. I would still go with Asus unless someone can chime in on Zotac.
