A: This happened to me when I switched over from XP to Vista. You do not need the DSL CD to connect to the internet as long as you have the modem hooked up and connected properly. However, if you do still want DSL and the sign in screen added to your computer, contact the company and they should have a brand new CD that works with Vista.
