Q: ving the same problem. The sound wont work at all (and Yes, The sound is on and up!) Please Help! Thanks! The computer is not even two years old. Ive had the problem before, lasted a couple of months and then the sound magically appeared again! I dont know a ton about computers, I mean Im not dumb when it comes to them, but the makeup of the computer is confusing to me It was muted!! Thank you!! I will give you the best answer (I just dont know how to do that but I will ask my sis!)
A: I had this same problem. Look at the bottom right corner and there will be a bunch of sysmbols. Look for a lamp looking one with 2 backwards c . Click it and see if mute is checked if so uncheck it. If the symbol is not there there should be an arrow click that and more symbols should show up. If you cant figure out which symbol just click on each one.
