Is it possible to change a graphics card on a MacBook Air?

Q: It has the following in it: 64GB solid-state drive 1.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2GB of 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM onboard Intel GMA X3100 graphics processor with 144MB of DDR2 SDRAM shared with main memory

A: no...it is a laptop...and a tiny one at that. It isn't meant for graphically intense apps. You could maybe up the vram through the bios, but that is about it.
