Q: ok my ipod shuffle plays songs but wont charge on my computer and a message pops up saying it doesnt reconize what do i do and i dont have any warranty on it either
A: Lan O's link is really good! Try a different usb port. If it still doesn't work try your shuffle on another computer. Still doesn't work?Then find somebody else with a shuffle and try their dock. Then you'll know where your problem is.
