Q: so i'm at my grandma's trying to install the sims on her computer.. which is a windows 98.. i'm desperate. anyway, i put the disc into her player (toshiba) and it read it fine and everything but i had to download direct x to play. so i did.. the computer restarted and everything. but once i put the game back in, the tray won't close at all. it keeps ejecting itself even without a disc i tried to disable the dvdrom and whatnot. and refresh it. but nothing worked. maybe it's just too old :x ugh, this is a "new" computer.. i want to fix it but i don't know how
