A: At least you need a card of 7600GT(256M), with which u can play the c&c3 for nearly 30FPS under the resolution of 1280*1024, AA open and shader detail High. But I think ATI HD3650 AGP version card is the best choice. The problem is whether u can find the AGP version card, though it's really exist.
