Q: Wich one should i get ati 4870 or nvidia 260 gtx?... also im using one pci slot next to pci express would this be a problem?
A: The 4870 is a good card as it is based on the 3870. Also, the 4870 can come as a single slot card meaning that you would not have to worry about the use of the pci slot below. The 260, according to all the bench testing, is one of the top cards. The problem with the 260 is that it needs a dual slot (PCI-e as well as the pci clot below) and the cost is more then the 4870. If you can afford the 260 and change the pci card to a lower slot, then go for the 260. If either answer to the cost or loosing the pci is no, then go with the 4870. Good luck
