Q: I bought my 9 year old a cheap mp3 player off ebay for his b-day. I want to put music on it for him but when I went to download the usb flash disk it said I need windows 98 I have xp.I even tried just plugging the mp3 player into the computer but that didn't work. Any idea's ?
A: Did you plug the mp3 player into the computer and check My Computer? If that does not work, then try running all the CDs that came with it. If none did, check the manufacturer's website.
