Q: Ok I was installing my new video card and the computer overheated, I left it alone for 1 hour, came back to it, turn it on and whenever it gets to the loading screen with the blue bar it restarts after a few seconds and repeats this process forever. Give me some help yahoo.
A: it looks like you have some system file corrupted or hardware failure. Try starting from safe mode, if it doesn't work, try reinstalling windows. If both don't work, it must have hardware failure, go to some PC repaire shops.
