A: If you have done this to several computers and its the same thing its prob bad. Flash drives have a short lifetime and are very unreliable. Once they go they give no warning. The only thing it may be is on some there is a small switch that can be thrown. If your has it try it in both settings. If it happens either way then it's time for a new one.
