Q: I have Ventrilo and Xfire, and I want to talk to my friends online. All I have headset-wise is my wireless 360 headset, so I tried hooking up my xbox 360 controller (wired) to my computer. After I did that I connected my wireless mic to that controller, but for some reason I can't get it to work or even recognize I have a headset. Can someone please help me.? (I had no problems with my wired headset with my xbox 360 controller, but I no longer have one)
A: I think you need to either download the USB driver software for the controller from http://www.windowsgaming.com/ (but I can't get the site to work) or you need to get the Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for PC http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x/xbox360wirelessgamingreceiver/
